An idea without action is just an idea
People who have ideas but don’t act on them are not creative, they are imaginative . Creativity necessa snbd host rily involves taking action. If that doesn’t happen, it’s just a record, a word, a voice note on a cell phone. Creativity involves doing something . If we don’t put it into practice, we’ll only be left with the question: why didn’t I do it?
The creative process is a social phenomenon that occurs thanks to the exchange of ide if a colleague thinks that it is not worth picking on trifles as between two different people, that is, we are creative through interaction with others. Luckily, human beings are permeable to the stimuli of others, we cannot escape from others and that allows us to enrich our ideas.
Thoughts can arise at any time, but the more relaxed you are and the more appropriate the context, the better your results will be. As Gustavo says, ideas are like grapes, you have to take care of them and let them mature until they reach the right point to become wine.
Creativity is a matter of hard work . The most important people in history gave rise to novel and transcendental ideas not because of their outstanding intelligence but because of their constant perseverance and dedication. As our speaker mentioned during the Webinar:

Tools to stimulate creativity
The starting point of any creative process is to clearly identify what the problem is, acknowledge it and, based on that, define the objectives. It is about reviewing it until the problem itself tells you what you have to do.
One of the most popular methods for stimulating creativity is the one called EAT . Creative potential is within each of us, but it is our responsibility to develop it. Therefore, it is important that you keep these concepts in mind.
